COVA Supports
Colorado Crime Victims

Each year thousands of individuals and families in Colorado are impacted by the emotional, physical, psychological, and financial impact of crime victimization. COVA assists survivors through personalized case management for those impacted by human trafficking and provides access to financial assistance through our Emergency Fund Program, which serves victims of many different crimes.

Emergency Fund Program

In the aftermath of a traumatic incident, many victims face unexpected financial hardship as they work to rebuild their lives. The Emergency Fund Program helps reduce these financial burdens. COVA staff partner with victim advocates throughout Colorado to assist you in accessing this financial support.

Human Trafficking Program

COVA’s Human Trafficking Program offers free services to survivors of labor and sex trafficking across Colorado. This program empowers survivors with personalized, trauma-responsive support that promotes safety, independence, and self-sufficiency.

Victim and Survivor
Speaker Program

By sharing their stories, crime victims are the strongest advocate for reaching other survivors of crime, creating supportive policies, and changing lives. COVA facilitates a Speaker Program for crime victims and survivors who are open to sharing their stories in the state legislature.
